Where are you based? 
We are based in Derby, East Midlands. Within a 20 mile radius, delivery & setup is included in the hire price. We can set up anywhere in the UK but additional costs will apply. Contact us for more info.

Where do you need to set up the bounce house? Can it go indoors?

For setup outdoors, we need a large, flat, grassy surface.

Yes we can cater for all indoor weddings and parties. For setup indoors we need a large, flat, hard surface clear of any debris or obstacles. 

 

3.

Do we have to pay a deposit?

All bookings require a deposit, this is non refundable for any cancellations made within 30 days of the date it Is booked for.

If there is any damage to the bounce house or if excess cleaning is needed the deposit will be kept and any additional charges will be invoiced.

If WE cancel due to poor weather conditions, you will receive your deposit back. 


 

4.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Safety has to come first and unfortunately if the weather conditions are poor we have to cancel at our discretion. Deposits are only refundable if we are unable to set up due to bad weather conditions, there is no refund if weather condition changes after.delivery and set up.

5.

What am I responsible for? 

On booking you will receive & sign a disclaimer - this has all the safety information about how to safely use the bounce house. It is important all safety measures are adhered to & you as the 'hirer' are responsible for peoples proper use of the inflatable.

Is your company insured?

Yes, we have the appropriate, full public & product liability insurance. 

7.

Can we hire someone to supervise?

Yes, of course! We have fully trained health & safety supervisors - who can stay for the duration of your hire to monitor the use of the bounce house and ensure everything runs smoothy & safely. 

This is an additional cost to a standard hire so contact us for pricing.

8.

Do we have to keep it inflated for the duration of the hire?

Yes, once the bounce house is set up do not turn the power off. It has been set up safely & could get damaged if you do so. 

9.

Is the boho bounce just for kids?
Certainly not! The boho bounce house is manufactured specifically to safely hold adults. 

10.

What do I need to be able to hire it?

You need at least 5m x 5m of flat surface, clear of all debris & obstacles. Accessible power for a standard 3 pig plug.

11.

Why are white bouncy castles more expensive to hire?
 
White bouncy castles are more expensive to manufacture initially. 

The replacement time is a lot shorter than other inflatables, due to wear and tear being more visible. 

More cleaning is needed to ensure it always looks bright white! 

& ultimately they are more desirable!

12.

Can I collect it & set it up myself?

Unfortunately not - our staff are trained to handle & set up the equipment safely and correctly
 

13.

Can we hire it overnight?

Unfortunately not, due to insurance reasons we cannot leave the bounce house over night even on a private premises. 
 

14.

Do you hire for photoshoots?

Most definitely! Drop us an email or give us a call and we can discuss options.
